Terms of Service - Vital Fitness

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Vital Fitness website and gym facilities.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the service.

2. Membership Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our facilities without parental consent. Members under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

3. Code of Conduct

Respect other members and staff at all times.
Re-rack weights and clean equipment after use.
Appropriate gym attire and clean footwear are required.
Aggressive behavior or harassment will result in immediate termination of membership.

4. Payments and Cancellations

Membership fees are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance via written notice. Vital Fitness reserves the right to change membership rates with 30-day notice.

5. Liability Waiver

Vital Fitness is not responsible for any personal injury or loss of personal property. By using our facilities, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with physical exercise and assume full responsibility for your safety.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the gym is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
